Implemented Strange Waterspout of Randomness

    This random waterspout (shown below) appeared on my AG+ island (MyM Server), anyone know why/how it came about?

    When water flows into the void, it comes back from the sky. To fix it you need to make sure that it doesn't flow into the void anymore and than build up to remove the highest water block.

    Normally you shouldn't have to remove the highest water block by the way, it should go on its own overtime. With normal 20 tps it only takes a few minutes, once the original water source isn't flowing into the void anymore. My experience is that if you mess with the water coming from the sky, it'll only get worse.

    Warning: same happens with lava ^^'
