    i want to bake a cheese cake but i cant choose what cheese cake so i want to let the community to decide what cheese cake i will bake one of them.

    Bottom crumble, then plain cheesecake filling, then a poppy seed filling (preferably with rum/burbon soaked raisins and tiny bit of walnuts) for the top layer. The most heavenly combo... but then again I'm quite biased since I grew up with that kind of cheesecake.

    If in doubt tho always go for plain with quality cream cheese :D

    Just take a shortcrust pastry base, add 15% fat sour cream and add Rote Grütze (put some Red fruits of your choice in a bowl, stamp them a bit and add some small amount of starch or flour untill the juice is a bit thicker).

    This is a calorie bomb
