Implemented Super Mega Island Bugs 3,000,000

my island made with avbx at x:-4799.56039 y:61 z: 1563.444.23 bugged out when we logged on and meshed our map with a newly generated world, we lost all of our fantastic items and cool -snip- waz and would like a roll back or replacements. This is also the second time its bugged out in three hours so please assist.

P.S. Also make the ticket system easier to use. ty

Please be aware that there is a No Refund Policy on lost items. I do not mean to sound harsh, but it's just the truth - staff do not replace items lost to bugs or glitches. Sorry for your loss, but the best idea is to just count your losses and start over.. :/ Good luck in your future Crash Landing endeavors!

 

Ok i'm sorry but that is ridiculous this means that i could literally spend 20+ hours working on my map to loose it to you're server bugging out once again, i'm not asking for a ludicrous amount of effort on the part of the staff just some semblance of care.

 

I understand you're frustrated, but the refund policy is there for a reason.
Say if a creeper were to come up to your home, or another mob will kill you/you fall in lava, you would either leave the map and start again, or completely shrug it off.

We care, but it's to the point where, we have to deny items being returned, because if everyone starts asking for items back, it's going to be too much stress, we're not going to know who is telling the truth, and who isn't.

That really honestly, doesn't prove anything, especially because it's CrashLanding, what exactly happened to your island?
Did it turn into powered railways/lapis?
