Not all lines are asymmetrical, just most consumer lines. Commercial lines or those at Universities / Colleges can have lines that have the same bandwidth up and down, but since even there download is more likely to be used more by others, youll often see more up than you do down. I received an Answer from an Admin that they Reset the Playtime ranks late 2017. And.. Well I never Knew. I need to update that speed test. That was almost 5 Years ago
