Done mod packs won't initialize

I get a java. lang. OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded error
the only pack I can get to run is the skyblock 4 pack

Any ideas?

Since that is the newest JAVA, you will probably be able to run the .16 or .19 packs. I have found it to par tally run 1.7.10 packs as well.

 

Okay, so do you know what's causing the error then?

 

Ok so I just needed to allocate more memory to Jave. Thanks for the help.
