Done e2e transfer of inventory

My base is gone but i had planned for it, Could it be possible to transfer items from my inventory to the new server? Also If i wanted to keep the nbt data on them do I need to clear my inventory on the new one to allow the change to work all the way?

I have a very very large protected claim will this impact this?
