Recently I have noticed that whenever I try to right click on a casting basin, whether it has items in it or not, it will disconnect me from the server and roll back my island by a few seconds. I tried to test if it watch a glitch with having a hopper under it or something of the sort but it seems that that is not the case. If anyone else knows about this or how to fix this issue, please let me know.
I don't think it is an issue with the chunk, because I placed the same casting basin next to where it was and attempted to pour liquids out and as far as I can see no crashes are happening, it might have been a glitch with redstone clocks. I had tried to use one on it before it happened.
