Unfortunately as xfel said only Slind14 and sirwilli have access to the buycraft system so until they get back from their holiday it will not be possible to give you a refund, however once I get back from work in a couple hours I can instead give you the tier 1 rank manually (unless xfel beats me to it!).
The kits are listed on the shop page (some kits are different depending on which modpack they are for), at tier 1 you get access to only 1 kit so please pick one from: Resource Mob drops Tools Armor
