Implemented Request about permission for ./tpdeny

I would like to request the command for all players, to deny a pending teleportation by using the command /tpdeny.
The other server have the command. So is it possible, that we can use it as well?

 

It should already be enabled... are you sure it isn't?

Weird, I just checked your permissions via console:

It should work just fine, unfortunately I can't get on to test tonight, but i will take another look at this tomorrow.
