    You only have 2gb of ram Allocated, you might need to allocate more.

    Also that crash looks like an old Optifine bug. Below is from your crash-report
    Code:
    >Initialized->Post-initialized->Available
    		AE2 Version: alpha rv2-alpha-17 for Forge 10.13.2.1230
    		Mantle Environment: DO NOT REPORT THIS CRASH! Unsupported mods in environment: optifine
    		TConstruct Environment: Environment healthy.
    		Forestry : [Forestry] Warning: You have mods that change the behavior of Minecraft, ForgeModLoader, and/or Minecraft Forge to your client:
    Optifine
    These may have caused this error, and may not be supported. Try reproducing the crash WITHOUT these mods, and report it then.
    		AE2 Integration: IC2:ON, RotaryCraft:OFF, RC:ON, BC:ON, MJ6:ON, MJ5:ON, RF:ON, RFItem:ON, MFR:ON, DSU:ON, FZ:ON, FMP:ON, RB:OFF, CLApi:OFF, Waila:ON, InvTweaks:ON, NEI:ON, CraftGuide:OFF, Mekanism:OFF, ImmibisMicroblocks:OFF, BetterStorage:OFF
    Remove optifine and try to log in, This looks like an AE2 and Optifine crash, i take it your near your ME system

    Also Please change your Texture pack from Faithful back to vanilla and see if you can log in. This is a Texture error and crash. Once your able to log in, then change your texture pack back

    No it was not from my recolection of the crash-report, but only one simple action was taken to solve this issue, my spawnpoint set to the server's spawn fixed it! From the information you've provided, it is very possible that optifine had caused the crash, i could re-create the crash possibly, but at this time, thanks for your contribution!

    I suggest you remove optifine, if your having FPS issuse see my tips here
    Info - Tips on how to Increase your FPS | MineYourMind Community

    I say this because most mods are not compatible with optifine. The reason is optifine changes the Render code of vanilla minecraft while the mods still use it.

    The reason moving your spawn worked was because your game was not rendering what i think was your AE2 system. If you get this crash again, just remove optifine

    Why are you using a 32x texture pack then? You should use default.
    Also did you use the settings i posted in that fps tips thread
