Implemented Rotarycraft manual client crash

I did not see this issue posted elsewhere in this forum so here goes.

If I use the +/- buttons to scroll the manual page above the highest production machines page my client will crash.

I can go to pages with higher page numbers from the table of contents but not using the scroll buttons.

 

There is a page 13 bug.
