Implemented Thaumcraft Repair enchant not working?

I have had a thaumium scoop with Repair II in my hot bar for days, not a single tick of repair. Is it turned off by design, or bugged?

 

Have you been near nodes at all? Repair uses the vis from nearby nodes to work.

 

Never did that before, but sitting next to node for 5 minutes did nothing to repair the scoop or grafter.

The difference seems that I need my wand with me and charged. That is new. My wand was on my bench and only took it off to charge it, when I did that I put the scoop and grafter up, thus was not getting a charge.

All working now.

 

I was wondering if that was how it worked now. Interesting to know.
