is it normal, that my alloy smelter, my energetic infuser (i dont have more atm)
is kinda slow... it feels my energetic infuser loads my hammer with 1rf/10 tick, and my alloy smelter is much slower then a regular furnance...

Do you have any upgrades in your machinery? Double-layer / octadic capacitors for ender io machinery, and augments (secondary reception coil / overclocked modular gearbox / space-time flux unifier) for (resonant) TE machinery?
Low tps will also play a vital role in how fast machinery work, so if the server has problems with tps, then it might be that.

nope everything is as it was crafted but i played with those mods before and they were never so slow... it takes like 10 min to create 1 energetic alloy.

10 minutes really is a long time. Though most mods have been overhauled for 1.7.
Try making any of the upgrades I posted in my previous post.
Oh, and do /cofh tps in chat, to see how high the tps is.

Tps is the way time is counted in Minecraft. 20 Tps is the wanted amount. You have 43% of the intended movement of time in TDT right now.

I heavily encourage you to use any and all speed upgrades for any mod that you use, until a solution to the tps problem can be found. TDT and DW20 are having problems with tps due to mobs calling for updates, leading to them draining tps. We have staff who are actively working on trying to fix this problem, so sit tight ^_^

Low tps and they slowed the speeds of basic machine. You'll see a HUGE jump in speed with an upgrade. I've also encounter "slow" chunks (TheVoid has one) that machines in it take a long time. Try moving to a new chunk if upgrades don't seem to fix it. I can look tonight when I get home if you want to PM me the coordinates (or put them here) to compare to my machines.

Damn, this slow chunk thing. I don't get it. Why should there be any difference. From what I know it can only come from the mod it self. As all chunks are updated at the same time. (There is no slow and fast chunk in the way minecraft has been written.

Can we just turn off all mobs and enable the Peaceful table until the server comes up with a solution.
This way the players can play and get mob drops.
I know you have you hands full but this may lessen the head ache from complaints till you figure out exactly what you plan to do

Also is there not a way to turn passive spawn rate really low? once a player captures one when can auto spawn with mfr or ender io.
Currently there are 20-40 mobs on my mini map at all times, even after i kill them all off

    EDIT:

THIS COMMENT... a few weeks back i was talking to a friend that runs a TPPI and Resurrection server. We were talking about initial lag from new players, i recommended to him to Pre gen the world. He replied that this causes issues in some chunks, something about it leaving chunks loaded or corrupt in a way, i didn't listen to him because i never heard of this happening or have i experienced this my self. But in the back of my mind i believe him, since he has been running servers since 1.4.7.

Is it possible Pre generating the world did this?

Yes and No, its related to tps lag, and mobs are causing it.... there are so many threads going about this.....

I did decrease it about 1-2 hours ago. I'm not sure if it works though as I only cancel mob spawning, so mobs can still walk into other chunks which frees up the old chunks for new spawns.

My only opinion as to why things would be going slower is if a mod tried to implement some sort of ambient electric signatures in chunks--some chunks would suddenly have interference slowing machines down or something. I wonder if taking a watering can to the machines would fix them (lol).
