Implemented Open blocks Item Dropper

So looks like this item is not working at all is function is to drop a item in a straight line and i was using it to plant some Pneumaticraft seeds but everytime i try and inserted a seed and put a redstone signal the item never was drop and it vanish from the inside of the block

Willi are you sure as i try it again and did the same thing :/ it eat the seed and did't drop it
