As you can see, I claimed earnings on 12/19, but have received nothing since, nor received the expired items that I had for sale. Hopefully this detailed information helps. [/edit]. I usually only buy materials I know I'll be using, so it's never urgent. As I've always done, I purchase the items, and then go pick them up en masse every couple days. I had no items waiting for me when I went to pick them up today. I was thinking that these disappearances were coming from items being removed from the market and poofing. Lexy and I tested this theory today and at least for our example (she put up a block of dirt, I removed it), it went back into her inventory. Could it be that it resets when we log off maybe? Anyway, I'll update with any more info I notice.
The Staff higher up is aware of this issue. They are currently searching for the cause. If you can pin point it or can provide any more information, that would greatly help solve this "faster".
Okay and the issue is the /market mail and not /market listings? So items disappear from the mail not market?
Disappear from the market, and it happens when people buy something. The Item disappears and the money of course.

At work but I'll jump on the server with my mod account and my normal user account to test in about 5ish hours when home.
Point taken, and I've actually started doing that regularly. The three times I've made purchases, it's been smooth. The thing is, it wasn't like this prior to last week. I'll keep track of the items that I experience an issue with, see if some correlations show up somewhere along the way.
