First off wanted to say thank you for the servers, especially the Crash Landing servers . I think I have found a new home for my Minecraft needs and as such I purchased a Tier 3 package. The issue is that it has been just over 2 hours and I still don't have access to any of the perks, other than the 3 kits that come with them. If someone could look into this, it would be much appreciated. I have no access to any of the commands I should have access to according the the Crash Landing Tier 3 list. I see conflicting info on whether to wait half a day, or just 30 minutes before reporting such an issue, so decided to wait a couple hours and try logging in and out to see if they were working, all to no avail. Thanks for you servers and your time. edit: Didn't mention it but I am playing on CL3 in case that info is needed.
