Implemented Problem with enhancedportal2

i made a portal from a place to another place
everything is good
the code and chip for enhanced portal is there
everything is perfect
but....
the problem is whenever i dial the portal it kick me out to the lobby and the portal sometimes turn on and sometimes not i went back in to the b-team.
so i thought this mind be the server problem or some kind of a bug
it's weird that this didn't happen to anyone portal
it's just my portal.
the location of the portal is at (-564 ,3850) and the second portal is at (660 ,2139)
pls help me.

We Have Resolved the problem, All We needed to do was move it over one block. Domo

 

although i didn't move it.
just break it and place it back
haha

 

Well I broke my portal and move it over 1-2 blocks. Could have resolved it.
