Implemented Killed when i write a message!

I would like to fight with niceguy150 with stuff back. Then i would like to write in the chat "3 2 1 Go!" and nothing to say killed me behind my back with a Rapier . But he dont know the Rapier dont dropping the Stuff-Gravestone! Than i was death and all my expensiv Stuff (Cleaver +40 Attack Damage, Mystic Branch, More Tinker Stuff and more) are gone! Then i would like my very expensiv Stuff back! And please ban the Rapier are so overpowered and my friends complain they are killed too from a Rapier and their Stuff are gone!
Please help me!

 

Im sorry to say, but unless you dont have screenshots or a video to provide this actually happened we cant refund any items. Also the rapier is op yes i know as it pierces through armor. Still thats not a reason to ban it.

Also going to ask, are you sure your gravestone was completely destroyed and they didn't loot it?
I've never seen rapiers not cause gravestones to drop, but if they're preventing that, I can see where that's an issue.

 

I believe there is an issue recently that causes PvP deaths to not create gravestone or drop items.

 

i am preaty sure if u are in a pvp match the only thing that will drop is your head no matter what item u use. your gravestone will apear but the only thing that will be in it will be the head. this isnt for sure but i have seen this happen a lot.
with this to it makes people not want to pvp since there is a big chance you wont get your items back what i think in survival breaks the whole point of challanging people. i would love to pvp people but i really dont want the rick of this happening to me so i avoid it and i think a lot more people do to

 

From what I understand it's been general knowledge for some time now (since the reset on 12/1 I believe) that all PVP deaths result in a complete loss of inventory, with all weapons.

 

I think it was assumed it was working as intended. I don't engage in PVP, so I wasn't made aware of it until recently. But thank you for the fix, I'll advise accordingly.
