Implemented FTB Infinity Needs Crystal Portals.

I put it to motion that we need mystcraft crystal sold in the mym market. I'm trying to set up links between a few of us across the map. However stands are inadequate as i dont wish to add everyone to my home claim and do not wish to block up a to by 10 area seperately that will get in the way of everyone else.

Thus the solution we need is crystal portals so we can set up transport networks easily safely and most importantly in a grief proof manner.
