Implemented Banned item: Resonant Satchel(?)

Hi! As possibly some members of the MyM Direwolf20 servers may have possibly noticed, I have been inactive for a considerably extended period of time, and within that time, a majority would expect changes, and a procautionary change has caused a conflict. On the Direwolf20 Node 1 server, I would keep my relevant Thaumcraft items, Tinkers' Construct tools, and other miscellaneous items of value and realavence within the satchel, and Thermal Foundation, (or expansion) satchels have been banned. Are there any actions a moderator, or an administrator could take to relocate my items within the satchel?
