Atesz and I just attempted the pseudo conversion sigil ritual, but the server began to lag very soon afterwards, causing my death and the end of the ritual. As it seems that the lag is directly due to the large amount of mobs spawned in the ritual, which are required for it to take place, is there anything we can do?
The tps still shouldn't have been so low. There were only about 4 of us on, the two who had been here for a while were in the end for the ritual, and at least one of the others was very new and unlikely to have tps-destroying things. The tps issues also stopped once the ritual was done, as far as I could tell. This does seem to suggest that the issue was due to the ritual.
can't be the ritual, i've done the ritual before, it DOESN'T lag, and thats coming from ME, and i have done the ritual SEVEN times, probably the most of the server, and am the first one to get it ON mym afaik, back on monster, but anyways, if MYG has their own special mobs this MIGHT cause it but anything else has NO chance, in fact, on node 2 of infinity, i did this ritual, and the tps was 20, and node two was FULL
MYG does have special mobs. Why did you do the ritual 7 times anyway? It should do every sigil in your inventory, and iirc they last forever.
