Is the Auto Chisel for Chisel 2 still banned? Because if it is, the block can be placed down, and may be needing fixed.

It is on the /banneditems list, and I had used it to turn marble into marble bricks, because I thought it was fixed in Chisel 2, but if it isnt, I can throw it out if needed. Edit: I just googled it and tried it, and here is my result http://i.imgur.com/i4TjqIn.png It does not change the blocks between the two freely, and does not seem to be buggy anymore
since it is on the /banneditems i ask of you to not use it anymore. even if its fixed it might still cause problems to the server, only someone with higher power can look that up. And thanks for the information
