My favorite activity - Transporting pigs The reason I enjoy this so much.. is because transporting pigs, is absolutely hilarious.. or can be very scary also - Myself and Demonica were on another island, and it was raining, so we couldn't tell when Night was going to fall, and well.. take a guess what happened lol We were thankfully in the ocean, but there was a lightning mob.. and after about 5 minutes of waiting, he killed our pigs :'( So we decided to swim down to the ocean (so we could see each other) otherwise the only thing we could see of each other was a dark outline (lol) And that's when we found these 3 pigs, who are currently cousey in their new home (Also wanted to show off Taurions current build for the base) Myself and Demonica out waiting for a meteor to crash onto Earth (To be continued..) Taurion's changes to the base are especially awesome considering his having to worry about gravity and the mountain caving in on us.
Any chance a side server can eventually be set up with lockette and/or land protections? Only reason me and my friends don't play is because some people can come and literally wipe our progress completely for no reason.
Hence why I ask if another server will ever go up for people who just want to play this really hard version of TFC but PVE. I never played Terrafirmacraft before and signing up for whitelist is a pain and this server base seems really consistent with fix's and server up-time so I was just wondering.
Actually there was some talk of adding some kind of clan protection. I have not heard anything new about it though. I have some photos to add as soon as I can.
I don't think its really necessary to add a pve server because 99% of the time (Trust me) you are busy trying to progress or trying to get away from mobs
There are lots of ways in game to protect your base, and like Julio said, it's mutually understood that surviving is priority over pvp. Aside from maybe 1 or 2 incidents I don't know of any other thieving or griefing.
Also not to mention that every seconds feel like a year as the little progress i made took me 2 days to get 2 copper tools 2 real days and in 20 seconds while building a cave house creeper comes and bye bye But as Cbro always says it hard yet soo rewarding if you know what you are doing
We all got smart, our castle in progress is home base for Me, Ben, Parson, Salted, Taurion, Tecknosa, Skrag (when he is on). We will be branching out and building homes around the isle, hopefully soon.
