So today out of boredom I wanted to kill myself around 20 withers total in my little trap but come to find out it is no longer possible to do. Chat messages you stating you can only spawn the withers in the nether and that is clearly impossible to do because you cannot place blocks. I then decided to look into the crafting recipe to make nether stars that way. Well the problem with this method is that it is a peaceful only recipe, in other words we/I cannot craft them. Wither boss drops a yellow heart, nether star and a division sigil. Yellow hearts and division sigil can be looted from chests in the nether so that isn't too much of a problem. Nether stars from my knowledge are not on the loot table so the only method is wither boss slaying or that recipe which is peaceful only. Is there anything that can be done to allow us to craft or spawn a wither? In case this thread gets moved... this is the Crash Landing server.

the private area is meant for topics that could be exploited e.g. dupe bugs... things that shouldn't be public.
