Also Forgot to say looking for a thumb nail creator

 

Isn't there one on YouTube? What I've seen people do is just add 1 frame of what they want their thumbnail to be and they select that as their preview/thumbnail. I'm not sure if that was a feature a long time ago when I was thinking about starting YouTube though.
