Done Mystical Flower Primary Quest

I have made and identified all four of the flower petals (Yellow, Red, Blue, and White) however the quest book will not detect them all. The blue flower petal seed was detected but the other 3 where not

 

I'll verify this one... it wont accept any of mine.

 

Rutile seeds quests also won't accept the seeds
