Mystracft does not actually have issues. The issue is the generation of the dimension. Which is why we pregenerate all the worlds.

I would like to see a custom MyM RPG pack, one that has limited tech (like from metalurgy or tinkers) and is based around classes and skills. All I ask is that it not be fully PvP based ^_^. when I say RPG based I mean I want people to be in character so maybe even limit chat to a voice range and have markets where people would have to go to make sales or meet up. I can list a few mods I'd like to see in it but lets see what others want as well, I want to get people in on this because it's something I have wanted to see happen in modded MC since I started playing it. That reasoning would be in support of RP based, not RPG based. RPG is you strengthen up your character through actions, RP is you act as your character. Sounds like you're in support of an RP-recommended RPG server. I say handle it as channels--There could be some global and trade channels, but you can easily just shut them off if you want to stick to the RP ones.
Idk about rpg but an mym custom pack should've been done a long time ago. Though an adventure pack sounds better.
They aren't custom really. Just a already made modpack by another person and modified by MyM. A custom pack would be a pack made entirely by MyM with no help from any outside sources.

That is the whole focus of the mod pack it seems, and while it might not get a /lot/ of players, I can certainly see it getting a bit. Especially since everybody who joins will know that things periodically get reset to prepare for the new wave. Setup like a goal of having x amount of a certain item, or setting a time limit instead. Say every month it gets reset and the faction with the most of x wins, and those players get credits to their account or something. Just throwing ideas out.
then my team or caith's team'd with every time, i'd make all the antimatter and just send them out to all the coordinates to destroy everything quickly, and nothing'd be able to destroy my base cuz i'm smart :>
Hah, sorry Chuggs, you're banned from this pack Nah, I'm just kidding, but do you really think you'd be able to win that easily? People would find out your strategies after a match or two, or the admins may ban certain items they feel make it too easy.
A pack like that would almost require a monthly map reset to fix the damage caused and to keep it fair...
