Well usually no refund policies are if I bought something and I want to return what I bought, but this is a different matter. If the server messed up then they should kinda own up to it and return the money. In this matter I didn't do anything wrong, I just simply lost 10k mym because of some kind of plugin bug or w.e the issue is.
i will have to correct you on that, depending on the situation they WILL give back items, it's just rediculously rare, such as if you get a corrupt inventory when you weren't even nbt overloading, then they will give them back
Hm, alright. I suppose they'll only give back if they can 100% prove that you had it and verify with the server. The problem with this reasoning, is a lot of people could easily say that the server made them lose items. I've lost dozens to server restarts and glitches, and they can't return those because it's too easy to lie and say you have something you didn't. MYMs might be different though, I'll wait for an admin to give the final verdict on that.
However I can provide you all my transaction logs, I have like 50-60 of them in my cabinet, most of them should be there. Then you can count that and it should add up. If you guys have logs on money transactions or not is kinda not really my problem, you guys are aware of this issue and it has happend before and it's likley to happend to other people aswell. I wouldn't create a forum account and go trought all this hassle if it really didn't happend.
We only had the issue that someone paid someone something and the money disappeared but not that it disappeared after a restart. Have you maybe renamed your minecraft account?
I talked with Dizzyronson earlier and he told me he lost 20k mym before, I don't know if he meant it in the same way as I did, but it seemed like it.
true, but there's a diffrence when the person ontop of the /money list and the people below the top 5 losing 10k myms...
I just started playing in the server not too long ago, in 8 days playtime I earned 41k myms, but since I lost 10k I am at 31k myms. Dizzyronson has probably been around way longer than I. Maybe 5 minutes before the server was about to restart I opened my transaction log, I sold 1 stack mob souls for 9k mym and other souls for 2k and 1k. I have the transaction log for the 9k mym if you don't belive me, and you can aslo ask the player who bought it from me. After the restart all those earnings were gone.
