Cannot compile tickets

    This is happening on Agrarian 2, I have not attempted it on other servers yet.

    Whenver I enter the /ticket command, it tells me a pre-login is required, but I'm already logged in on the ticket site. I have tried logging out and doing the command, as well as logging back in, but it does not work. For the time being, I'll just post any problems I get to the Support subforum, but I'm hoping that this can be fixed.

    It did happen after I changed my username from Strokend to Tokoshoran, yes.

    yeah that is the issue, the ticket system hasn't been updated to support name changes yet :/
