Hello, First a little introduction: I had griefed an unprotected area (I didn't know the rule, my fault (I only scanned the rules and I read the Rule : We don’t argue with griefers (grieferists), so I thought, I can grief unprotected areas, but, it's my fault)) I was banned for a week and the stolen stuff was destroyed by someone (probably an admin). As far as good. But, the one, who destroyed my stolen stuff, destroyed quite all my technical stuff, 3 or 4 Redstone Furnace, 1 Hardened Energy Cell, 1 Steam Dynamo, 1 Pulverizer, 1 Charger, 1 Inscriber, 1 Planter, may 5 water conduit an and golden and wooden transport pipes (Buildcraft), 1 Chicken Core Chunkloader. AND he destroyed the chest with ALL my metals and ores! I don't know the exactly content, but quite 3,5 stacks copper, 3 stacks iron, 2 stacks gold, 32 ferrous, 20 diamonds, may 4 stacks coal, may 2 stacks rubys, may 15 peridots, may 32 fluix crystals, and may 30 yellorite. I wrote an ticket and darkknight5124 watched the problem, but he meant, that the most stuff I lost, I had never crafted, but, he saw I had crafted the chunkloader and he saw, someone has stolen/destroyed it, but he hasn't said me who, so I think it was the same admin, who destroyed the over stuff (cause the area was protected). I know in either case, I have crafted 3 Redstone Furnace, 1 Chicken Core Chunkloader, 1 Planter, 1 Charger, 1 Inscriber and the fluix cables. Rhe over stuff may is crafted by _Aro _, but in either case we had crafted all those stuff, and now it is gone! (If it helps you: I had stolen may 5 Capacitor Banks (5 million RF), 1 Alloy Smelter, 1 Sawmill, 1 Diamond Chest and 1 Gold Chest and 3 energy conduits (so far I can remember), but I placed only the Alloy Smelter, the Diamond Chest and the Sawmill.) Most of my stuff? "Most" was the content of an chest and 2 of may 8 machinerys... Extremly the majority...
he thought, that the stuff wasn't yours, it being placed by your basemate, he probably belived you greifed it
start mining, one ez way that's probably faster, as the mods would have to talk to the admins/co-admins about this andddd, it takes awhile
if you do, it'll be an eventuality, not an immediate thing, but you can ask a moderator now, @Moderator (if this doesn't work plz fix)
Our @Moderator can run a little prism check on your base to see what you made yourself and what you griefed. But yeah as chugga said you can always mine materials to get what you need.
chugga_fan: I suggest you re-read the rules, as it quite clearly states, If an item is gone - it's gone, and no refunds. Further more, bases are only regenerated in 2 cases : duping items, and player absence. PLEASE do not disperse misinformation to the player base. :| Minecraftkaput : We do not destroy stolen items - they get returned to the player you stole them from. As far as the items you stole, that list you gave is VERY light - I'm looking at the list from the ban report right now, and you took quite a bit more than that. Including quite a bit of the stuff that you claimed as "your own". I believe your memory of events is quite imperfect after your time away.
i understand this, i can give refunds myself, and i understand that there are no refunds from admins, and those are also the only reasons, if, and only if, the regen was accidental, the items in theory could be regened, let's say the main owner of a claim was gone for 2 weeks, but you're part of the claim and play regularly, and the claim was deleted and chunks regened, that'd deserve a rollback, or a give back of items, because you live there and you were active, no?
His base wasn't regenerated or wiped out in any way. He griefed another player, and a moderator took back the items he stole - as per standard operating procedures. He's not a native english speaker, so some of his wordings are a little off.
ah, thats why i get confused, but yes, i was just putting forth a type of situation where there would be refunds don't sweat yourself
