When I died I broke my grave and I had a magnet on I asked admins if there was a clear lag they said no I was very angry and confused. I know the server has a no refund policy but I'm hoping you can make an exception. And I know about my AE system being laggy and it's unfair about the co admin turning my power situation into bedrock I don't go to my main base much anymore so I didn't see the signs I live in a unground vampire friendly base.

I was using the ENDER io magnet and I saw items come from the grave i pressed shift and the items just vanished

If its lost like you said it will go most likely under the no refund policy. We do not make exceptions because we want it to be fair to all of our players.
