Done Can't complete Topchef challenge

I have tried to complete the topchef challenge several times, unfortunately the challenge won't complete for me even after gathering all of the items needed according to the challenge text and the id listing in the problematic challenges forum post.

I don't know what else I can do to complete it.

The mushroom stew is wrong. make one with bowl and brown+red mushroom.

 

Thank you that worked. That doesn't show up in NEI at all, so when I used or searched for 12699 that glowshroom stew was all that showed up. Can't believe there are 2 different mushroom stews one with ID 282 and one with 12699 that doesn't show up in NEI.
