Done Falling into nothing

I made a portal to the new millennium and went to the dimension.
Now when I right clicked the portal to go back home I am falling into nothing and won't die.
Can someone teleport me to my island?

Unfortunately, the client tells the server, "Hey, I'm falling." The /is home command relies on you not moving, but because the server is being told the player is falling, it says "Oops, you moved."
