What about a donor section to the forums where donors can post screen shots, co-ords, and have donor only chats. this way there is no need for any in game adjustments or added resource drain ^_^.
The purpose of my suggesting public warps was not to make it a donor exclusive thing. I don't want only donors to be able to use the warps once they are made, just only donors be able to create them with a command without having to have the staff do it for them, since usually people who have donated REAL money to a server won't abuse perks like it's been said a few times about warps being set in traps.
why I only base with those I know/trust, donors, and people lord+, they all have something to lose if they grief and such
When I finish building my star trek style starship base, I want random people to be able to come and see how sweet it looks, and im sure lots of other fancy builders would like to show off their builds too!
what about an MyM Showcase server? I know there is a lot on their plates right now but perhaps have a server that has all the decor mods (chisel, carpenters, decocraft, ect. ) that donors get whitelisted on but others must apply to join. On the server you have the plots plugin and give a large plot to build on, each player would either be allowed a restricted creative mode (no abuse obviously) or they would have a shop like area that gave out materials. I know its not exactly what your looking for but it keeps things a bit more clean and organized.
Those kinds of servers hardly ever get used when they aren't the main attraction. People want to build where their "stuff" is. I know in theory it sounds awesome, but especially when you already have put a lot of effort into builds on the main server, you are even less likely to want to build on a creative/showcase server.
well, what about an area in each servers spawn with buttons or signs that just run a command to tp players to the location? Or if not in spawn a new warp that is a building that has signs that show short names of the builds and the builder then a button linked to a command block that tppos's players?
