Hello all! My name is Rolland, I am a 14 (almost 15) young adult (I believe I am very mature for my age) and I would love to play some new modpacks but I have absolutely no idea how to even start out. You would probably be better off getting teamspeak and joining MyM's teamspeak server @ ts3.mineyourmind.net password: MyM Then join the chatterbox room for whatever modpack you want to try and you should find some nice people there who can give you some pointers on how to get started.
Also try and download the MyM launcher, it has all the current modded packs that the MyM network offers. ^_^
Not that simple ^ I try to play crash landing with people but I can't ever get far enough because I don't know how to do anything technical
Play the new packs that mym added recently there are alot of people there, per example im not on Regrowth and normally the servers is at 10-40 person sometimes more because new people join it
I didnt understand this mods at the begining when i started regrowth .. and now i know how to do the 99% of the things in botania and 50% of the things in witchery , the quest book explain you how to do things.
I am starting back into The Dark Trilogy myself, but I try and skip around to all the MyM servers. (though some I don't really care, for so I'm hardly on them.)
Id suggest Infinity for the start - easy modpack with no special survival mechanics - lots of players. Also the wikis are a good first place too look and there are thousands of yt videos that demonstrate mods.
