Done Time changing?

there is alot of time changing stuff on direwolf and they are annoying me because they keep on saying please change it to day i said my powers cant do that much and i dont do stuff/modpowers on some stuff like that i wanna know if you guys could ban time changing using the withchery mod

-make time go faster
o And much much more

 

There is witchery ritual called rite of total eclipse which can make night and it costs one stone axe and one quicklime.

 

I don't think it is. Btw is it allowed to stop the rain when someone has fps lags because of it?
