Figured I could get two birds with one stone here: The last few times I've died multiple end game items have disappeared from the floor where they should have dropped, leaving only about half my inventory. Is this a bug, or is it supposed to be that way? And is there any chance I could get these items back (or at least the mats for them)? Secondly, my last death occurred because I didn't realize Blood Magic Life Points are NOT synchronized between servers. 600k built up and it did me no good on M+ leading to my last death and subsequent disappearing items including end-game armor and a few TC tools along with the majority of my blood magic materials (all of which were in a golden bag of holding). we have a policy that says, "no refunds according to server issues (bugs, crashes, rollbacks, glitches..)", I'm sorry for that as it seems like that you lost quite much. However I could offer you one thing, which is a player.dat rollback (includes inventory) just name me timeframe (e.g. 2 hours ago) and I get the file from the best fitting backup. about the lp, I thought it is saved inside the player.dat, if that is not the case (looks like it isn't) I need to look where it is saved and maybe it is possible to sync this, too.
If you could rollback the player.dat to Monday (April 7) at noon EST that would be unbelievably great. I'm looking forward to seeing if the LP eventually gets synched! Thanks for your help. - Ipozi
