I really wanted to try the new mods this weekend, but I will try them next week. Thank you [DOUBLEPOST=1431865595][/DOUBLEPOST]Version 1.0.42 is out. It adds the libraries folder. Now the server can be updated. Once she has a sollution to an issue she will push the pack to beta.

 

Its probably a good thing we have to wait to update, been watching Jaded's twitter and she's had to do some hot fixes, were already up to version 1.0.42, shes still waiting for a fix for the timed out/restart issue we've all been experiencing, but she says after that's fixed she's going to push the pack to beta.

 

They don't want people bringing old island stuff to a new island. Restarting is Restarting.

 

I mean, we read the fine print when we joined. Or should have. Besides, nothing is permanent, and there's no such thing as sunk time.

 

I *just* got started I don't want to have to start all over again....*cry*

 

Not sure there's a guarantee'd world reset with the update, so you may not have to restart, Alicatt.

I'm not sure I will restart my island either, still undecided, I'm hoping the update comes soon, trying to be patient.

 

at least you're not that far into it. Every time I play, I come up with "I could do this better next time" Or that I need to rearrange something, but don't know where. I mean, I hold on to that starting house forever, and then eventually knock it down. I may start on one of the other maps (I fancy the one with the two chests and Water)

But like, my sieve setup is always bad up till I get into having a reactor for power. Cause then I do the 6 pulverizer setup feeding into 3 arrays of sieves. Though with the way that the hammerer works, I may do that instead of the usual since they're very upgrade-able.[DOUBLEPOST=1431955240][/DOUBLEPOST]In that vein, can we get confirmation @SirWill one way or another about what the plan is? Are we cleaning house, knocking out the quest book?

 

Oh man. Not having an island reset would be Pre-tty good.

I would assume from what SirWill has written that we are to expect a quest book reset since there were a lot of changes to it. But as for a world reset, there wont be one unless something breaks...more or less.
