Ender Dragon Spawning

If it is possible can you make it that the Ender Dragon respawn like it was on Horizons?

 

I play on regrowth and infinity.

 

I'm not sure about methods in regrowth, but on infinity you can summon a new dragon to fight using draconic evolutions resurrection ritual.

 

Dont those packs have Hardcore Ender Expansion?
If so you can use the Caller to spawn it.

 

Regrowth there isnt a method for the dragon, you can make the egg through mariculture and bees
