Done My Mc Account been hacked and wondering if my player data could be changed

    im possibley making this thred on the wrong place but would it be possible for my player data to be changed to a new account since my Mc account got hacked and i can't get acess to it im getting my new account on Wensday

    Did you contact mojang about account recovery yet? They are often quite resourceful/helpful in those situations.

    i have i contacted them on last friday and i still haven't heard back and i tried logging in with my email and password but it never worked and when i try to look for my account on skin websites it doesn't show up

    As you probably speak English just fine I recommend to call their offices. This worked in the past for many others.

    your name has been changed. that link says so. If it was not you, Contact Mojang to reclaim your account.


    If your email was changed, your original Email would have gotten a message asking if it was you that changed it.
    Log into you email and Decline the change. Then change your password.
    Also for someone to change the Email, they would have to know your "secret" question's answer. Knowing this, your account was most likely stolen by someone you shared your password and secret code with.

    That's because whoever has taken control of your account has changed the accounts name.

    well i can't change my details cause i went on to the customer support but it requires my transaction id and i can't get the id cause my parents don't have the bank details anymore

    They don't need the transaction id. They ask for it because it is the fastest way for them. If you remember how it was bought, e.g. bank transfer, paypal, credit card. They should be able to work with the payment gateway used, the original mojang account name, the original email (do you still have control over the email?) and the id/car license of the person that owns the credit card/bank account..

    We don't have the email anymore since we only had it when my family hd bt internet and my parents aren't sure which bank card was used so thats what i ment from they don't have the details

    hmm, that's a little unfortunate. Can @Administrator take care of the island and player.dat transfer? I won't be at a computer till tomorrow evening.

    If you can't change my player data it's okay i was just trying cause me and my friend danielscott11 we're thinking of playing again one i get my account sorted to my player data changed

    the player data as in the server side player data? because they have access to 100% of the server files, they have the playerdata
