Done Problem crafting INFUSION ALTAR??

i am on regrowth modpack .. and i am trying to craft the infusion altar, i setup the model correctly and i even have a vis discount with clothing and double the required vis - for some reason i cannot craft/activate. i have built these before in numerous other modpacks, so it eludes me atm what i am doing wrong. Can someone help me .. ?? i tried asking in chat and unfortunately no one is offerring to help. Thank you.

remove the torch inside of the altar multiblock, that's what is causing the problem
