Done Clear lag took my oxygen collector

i was working on my oxygen collection when the server timed out. came back and the entity was gone. thinking there was a clear lag just as the server went down but not sure. all i know is my only oxygen collector is gone and i don't have enough iron to make another.

Doesn't the "Fail" quest give a full oxygen set?
If not, it might be helpfull too add?

 

It gives a full "emergency set". You only get one green tank. Those aren't a real replacement for the red ones

 

He means as in the Collector which is required to fill the tanks.
