What coords are your base at? If we had more plugins, I'd be able to see it myself, but this -is- departed :/ A couple of days ago, Departed suffered a rogue mana-burst that was thousands of blocks away from where it should be, and was generating new chunks, crashing the server. We had a very hard time containing the issue as almost all of our tries to remove the burst was ineffective. This resulted in over a 2h blackout and over 50 crashes If the burst originated from a spreader in your base, then it is possible that someone accidentally removed any nearby botania items/blocks as well
Base is at: -550, 187. Likely it was system based, since even the petal apothecary was removed. from deep in the base, while far more valuable items where left in chest right next to it.
Your base did not contain the spreader, so this is an incident unrelated to the crash-issue Tagging @Moderator so that they can find logs and see exactly what happened to your items
