i did not receive my full donor rank claimblocks after reset. i did receive the amount given to tier 3's (1000) which is about the time i started having problems with my donor rank after i upgraded to tier 5 (had tier 3, bought tier 4 + 5, MyM didnt process correctly, provided proof of purchase). if you remember helping me with that @Slind . as a side note i am also curious if its possible to change kits.
im not sure what you mean, i did not receive the full amount of claimblocks for being a tier 5 donor. i only started with what a tier 3 donor would receive.

ok so i didnt make a mistake, my understanding is that the amount of claimblocks that you start with comes before the +, i only have 1000 there when i should have 2500 (tier++) which is where i am as a donor. also may i exchange my armour kit for the resource kit and the armour+ kit for the mobdrops+ kit?
