I am having the same problem that someone else had about id mismatches and the server wont let me join until they are fixed and I don't know how to fix it like he did. There was no explanation on how to do so within the last thread on this topic, if anybody could help it'd be a great help, thank you for any info
Hey, two questions in order to be able to help you from my side: which ids ? which launcher ? (ftb launcher or mym launcher)
i was using the ftb launcher and i was getting mismatches with like the 5000-5009 or into the teens i think ill go check again just to make sure EDIT: yeah so it is these ID's that are apparently mismatched between my game and the world? idk ID numbers 5019, 5018, 5017, 5016, 5015, 5014, 5013 ,5012, 5011, 5010, 5009, 5008, 5007, 5006, 5004, 5003, 5002, 5001, 5032, 5033, 31999
I would recommend you to switch to our launcher: FTB Server - MineYourMind 5.0 However if not make sure that 2.1.0 is selected. (btw. downgrading a modpack is bugged with the ftb launcher, so make sure to delete the whole modpack first.)
okay, i just switched to the mym launcher and it is working for horizons just nicely but how do i turn off the fancy graphics that make it so the peripheral vision is a bit skewed, i just want to have the normal first person view of vanilla mine craft, not any special rendering done to the game? does that make any sense? EDIT: btw thank you for your help
I set them to the max. fps with not the worst look as default as most people have fps issues. Just open the options (and options->video settings) and change them to your satisfaction.
I believe you are talking about the FOV (field of view) option. It's tuned way up, I felt the same. In the video options you can turn them back to "Normal" and it will be the less fisheye feeling than what comes standard on it.
