We are aware of this issue. Currently we have a problem with 1.7 proxy.
I can only ask for your patience. Our admins are working hard on this matter.
You can check from time to time and see if its stabilized since we cannot give an ETA.

Looks like we have the same issue again.

issue is back, guess it'll be glitchy for a few more hours

 

I was mostly talking about the Regrowth, it just bounced for the 2nd time since the last 'it's resolved' message above.

 

it's not like it goes down for several minutes, just kicks everyone
