I always assumed that you just couldn't craft them. 1.6 witchery is a lot different from 1.7 having Infernal Animus allows the "forbidden" spells. One of which is named Torment... Yeah.
Erm, I'm not sure what the spell is so Imma ask clarification. Are you talking about the boss (Torment) mob drop Soul of Torment Demon that if you drink it, you'll be able to cast Tormentum that allows you to go back to the Torment dimension? If so, the current B-Team is able to do that, no problem (without the Infernal Animus). (We have it )
