the "player only load 1 chunk" bug from cauldron persists also for the ag2 server.
for every other modpack I would just say: "chunkload" your base. The problem for ag2... There are no real options for chunkloading in the modpack... except mfr, 2k rf/tick per chunk or something like that? ;-)

if you are not in the same chunk where you placed a tree for example, it will never grow.

 

its a bit annoying but if you get a good power setup strictly for the mfr loaders then you would not have to worry about that. I remember in AG1 i have a starting island that was composed of 4 separate chunks and it was annoying having to see if i was in the correct chunk to grow something until i got a good power setup

 

Ag1 should not have this issue. At least not when I was playing on it.

For some reason it won't let me in the server

it says Fatally missing bocks and items. Should I force update?

Quick question, just for confirmation sake. Will there still be a server reset on final release?

 

Would also like to know this (and hope it is so)

 

I'm hoping not, so I can get started playing without having all my work erased in a month or so

 

I'd prefer to start anew with the likely additions/mod removals and fixes when the server goes to release.
