Decided Against Public lava channel using tesseracts on AS2

I was thinking since the hole 1 chunk loading situation has caused troubles with lava gen it got me thinking about the SirWilli lava tank from DW20 since AS2 doesn't have ENDER tanks I thought a public lava channel would replace that, ik there's crucibles but the 1 chunk player thing makes them useless unless your in the same chunk 24/7 with them or chunk loading so I was thinking, tesseracts you could use tesseracts for a public lava channel you could put a sign at the AS2 spawn that gives the channel number ( hooking up a creative lava tank to a tesseract should suffice)

 

I have no problem with lava gen... but would be nice to have 9 chunk loaders like in almost all other modpacks. chicken chunk loaders are great!

 

But us people who started the pack before the 1 chunk loaded player problem placed are lava gen willynilly everywhere without a care in mind about chunk boundaries

 

isnt a great deal to replace lava gens....dont get me wrong, willis lava tanks are great but would need restrictions and i dont think its worth the effort.

and we get chunk loaders now...yeah expensive ones but what ever

 

The main reason the tank was to stop the draining of the nether.

As to that I would not be apposed to a public tesseract lava channel.

 

Do MFR chunk loaders work on the server?

 

I dunno, I get why it's helpful, but it would need to be behind some kind of gate, because infinite lava early on would be *very* OP.

 

When is tesseract = early game?

 

they work, but not save to say they dont cause lag yet. was pretty laggy when i left the server but of course i dont know the reason.

This would break the game too much. Even more so with the added use of Chunk loaders now.
