Implemented terraria 1.3 server

As there is a suggestion for an ARK server i will suggest a terraria server, most of the community here probably plays terraria, and if you don't why aren't you? terraria has a good multiplayer enviorment and is fun on servers to show off your cool builds and the build for the armors

 

Dont forget the incredible amount of weapons and bosses xD also that sweet extractor

 

I would love to play this game with the MYM network!!!

 

Personally I wouldn't play Terraria as there is already Minecraft available for MyM, and Minecraft seems so much similar to Terraria.
I've never played Terraria but I wouldn't because of the similarities to Minecraft.

 

Theres also the limited space issue.

 

get it, it is like a 2D mincraft with millions of mods installed, not joking[DOUBLEPOST=1436098119][/DOUBLEPOST]

large worlds are 8k is diameter or something like that

 

But with how many players that already play MyM and will join for the Terraria Server, That space will quickly be filled.

 

if it becomes a problem there could always be a second server if slind or willi wants to set up one

 

Hmm.

 

a big world is for like maybe 10 players. with more, you cant really progress. also you have to work together and start together.
World -> hardmode and stuff. if there is a server you cant join like after a week or even a few days

 

you have not played a terraria server then, as it IS possible with tshock commands to regen ores and i've seen servers with thousands of players on one world with protected houses!

 

Im still quite unsure about how this game would work as a Massively Multi-player game

 

in hardmode you'd get a kit to help you start off (simple armor, a phasesaber) and players would build their builds and team and trade with other players

 

I guess it could be an Experiment.[DOUBLEPOST=1436101152][/DOUBLEPOST]But would still need opinions from Slind and Sirwill

 

I am up for it. Did not test 1.3 yet!

 

you will need your hourse to have the nurse inside fo it for the final boss

 

btw there are more then 3 times as much player playing terraria right now as ark.

 

But MyM is minecraft comunity
